Zain put us at ease immediately with his kind and calm nature. Despite rainy and overcast weather, he encouraged us to go ahead and was so enthusiastic to take the opportunity for unique shots! And he was not wrong, we got the best, moodiest photos that we seriously love. We felt that we were simply spending time together as a family, Zain was so efficient in the way he snapped photos you could tell he knew exactly what he was looking for. When and Where to elope in the mountains
If you ask me where you should elope in NSW, my first suggestion is always going to be the Blue Mountains.
Yeah it gets pretty touristy, bit if you know where to go you are almost always guaranteed the whole place to yourself, which is what you want when having an intimate lil elopement.
My favourite time of year in the Mountains is Autumn. The weather is always perfect especially if you’re a fan of the cold, and there is a tonne of colour up there just before the trees start to loose their leaves. It’s kinda the place to be if you’re looking for something in Aus that doesn’t quite feel like Aus, if that makes sense!
If you’re planning an elopement in The Blue Mountains, you should definitely consider an Autumn or Winter elopement around sunset.
